I think Shaw internet is overall not bad, sometimes the connection is not very good during midnight for some reason. Customer service is good, they are very tentative and offered me a great deal for my internet service, which I am very happy with. I would recommend you asking for recent promotions or upcoming promotions if you do decide to call 📞!

We started with Shaw Internet, and at first, it seemed fine. Speeds were decent, and we didn’t have too many issues. However, over time, the service has become increasingly unreliable. In the evenings, when we actually need to use our computers and iPads, the internet either crawls at an unbearably slow speed or doesn’t work at all. Streaming, browsing, and even basic tasks take forever to load—if they load at all. This has become a constant frustration, and despite trying to troubleshoot and reset our equipment multiple times, the problem persists. For the price we’re paying, we expect a stable connection, but Shaw just doesn’t deliver. If you need reliable internet, especially in the evenings, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
