This is a great tikka sauce, not too spicy, not too tangy, no big pieces of onion or tomato.. Directions are right on the box (saute chicken, top with sauce, simmer, serve with rice). I like to use a bit to marinade the chicken before cooking. It would be good with cauliflower and/or sweet potatoes for a vegetarian option. For a weeknight meal, I serve with frozen garlic naan bread from Trader Joe's and basmati rice.
