Been picking up this Shamrock Farms Protein Shake for about a year now and it’s been solid every time. 🥛 Taste is smooth not to heavy, and it actually feels fresh when you drink it. Texture is on point too- not too watery, not thick, just right. I’ve used it with cereal, shakes, and even straight out the fridge and it holds up every time. 💯 Nutritionally it’s a good option when I’m trying to keep things simple but still get something in. Only thing I’d say is I wish there were a few more flavor options like before, but overall it’s consistent and gets the job done.

This shake is overall pretty decent especially for 30 grams of protein and only 190 calories. The taste is okay, nothing too crazy in my opinion. Like I’ve said in a couple of my reviews, taste is sometimes something I’m willing to sacrifice for the health benefits. The texture was normal for a protein shake, thick and sort of slimy. But still overall a decent drink!

I will stand by Shamrock Farms FOREVER!! This protein shake has a smooth texture and a creamy, fresh taste!! There is no other shake out there that can beat this price for this quality!
