Honest review, I am a user of kojie san and it serves it's purpose which makes your skin bright! The only reason i make it 4 stars is that the effect would be opposite if you're in a hot climate or having summer weather. So, the best time to use it is when you are not gonna go outside or expose yourself in direct sunlight. If you are not an outside person this is good for you though and i personally recommends it as it does it's purpose, you just need to take care of your skin when you apply it.
