I love makeup and Sephora is a great place to shop for it! The employees are always and helpful with anything you need! The only con is that everything is costly which is expected since its Sephora but it’s the main reason I don’t shop there more often!

I love the products and services at Sephora. The variety of products is amazing. It is expensive but so worth it. Their own brand is more affordable and great quality. I love the service but not every store is the same, still I will keep on shopping there

This is my absolutely favorite store. I buy 90% of my beauty products from here and they are always amazing quality. They generally last for a long time and they have a great selection of items. Anything you need for your beauty needs you can find here.

This product is the best!!!!! It was very creamy. When I put it on it was instantly blinding. Very good for lighter skin tones. Its not expensive at all, very affordable. It defininitly was a very good purchase. You should buy it, it was amazing.

This store (online or brick-and-mortar) is worth the trip for anyone, male or female, young or old, who needs to find something in fragrance, cosmetics, skincare, hair care and even in nail care! From items under $10 to outright luxury products in a much higher price point, there is truly something for everyone here. Tools of all sorts, brands from around the world, formulations that are the most advanced to the old classics that never go out of style, Sephora has something to offer a person. Plus, the knowledgeable staff are always there to help you (in store or via a toll free number if you're shopping online). The in-store samples and testers are great, and the assortment of items they will let you take home to try in sample size is amazing as well. Online, be sure to take advantage of their "select 3" samples at checkout and check for promo codes for additional deluxe samples or special goodie bags or kits of samples as well. On TOP of all this goodness, they also have a very generous exchange and return policy if you find that your purchase doesn't quite work out for you once you get it home. Coupled with gift cards being available in any denomination up to $250 (I think it was once up to $500 but don't quote me on it) I feel that if you can't find something to suit your need in the realm of skin care, hair care and beauty here, then you probably don't want something that's still being made and sold.

I love Sephora especially!!!! Sephora offers so many of my favorite brands and cult favorites. I get free flash shipping because I'm a V.I.B rouge so usually get my stuff super fast!!! I've been a M.U.E for many many years so when I want to try something for my skin like a new foundation ,concealer, or bronzer I'm very good at picking my own shades out. I have anxiety so I prefer to stay out of the actual store as much as possible especially because I work in the beverage industry and deal with so many people. So in my down time shopping from home is exactly what I need. On occasion I do get a product that is damaged or defective and I've never had a problem with there customer service in getting a replacement. My one issue is there rewards program for the amount of money I spend to keep Rouge status I feel that the program kinda really stinks🤢🤢 I only hope in the future Sephora listens to there customers and revamps it and soon!!!

amazing loyalty program, you get 3 samples with every online order and you can get samples in the store. i.t is all high end products so it’s a lot pricier than other cosmetic stores but there’s always a great selection and i love it

My favorite store to get my makeup from. The employees at Sephora are always friendly and seem eager to help you out. They carry all name brand/luxury brands that I typically buy. While it can be expensive to shop there, I do like how they have fairly good deals during biannually. The spring sale they just had was really good depending on what you look for. Not only that but the coupons they give you for the holidays are also pretty good, especially if you're a VIB or a VIB Rouge. One of the best things the company came up with is the online rewards bizarre, which has a wide variety of deluxe samples.

While the rewards program at Sephora is good because your points never expire and they give you a free birthday gift, the tier system isn't all that great. My sister reach VIB status this past winter and I found the perks to be lackluster. The free makeover they promise you expires after a few weeks of reaching VIB. The company claims that there is an exclusive gift VIB's receive and we have yet to discover what it is.

Another con about Sephora are the events. While it is great that they have them, I'm too far from any of the big events like New York or California. My state that I live in has some every now and then but you only know about it when you look at the upcoming event picture in-store. I got lucky once and happened upon the Too Faced Sweet Peach event in Boston while shopping with friends. However, there was nothing about it anywhere on

Okay let's be real, we all know Sephora is everything to a beauty fanatic. I am no exception. I can always count on Sephora in store to have all the trending products I'm looking for, or at least in stock to order online. The stores themselves are always clean and well-maintained. I love the ability to try sample sizes of just about every product. Another huge plus is that you can return products you used a couple times but didn't like. No more worrying about a purchase for fear that if it doesn't work out, you wasted your hard earned cash.  Employees at my local Sephora (The Florida Mall) are hit or miss. Maybe it's just my experience but when I go in with a full face of makeup, the artists don't talk to me other than to greet me at the door or ask if I want a bag. However if I am shopping bare faced I get the "Did you need help?' followed by many attempts to sell products I never asked for.I love their point system for purchases. There are always parts of the year in which certain beauty items are worth 2 or 3 times the points, which accumulates fast. They have an amazing assortment of beauty brands. My only gripe is that there aren't drugstore or affordable options in store.
