I really love this palette! The colors are amazing! It is so cool that you can do your makeup just using your fingers! LOL
But I must to confess that I am more a brush kinda girl.. Anyways, both stamping with your fingers for a more pigmented result, or blending with a brush you can get great pigmentation and results.
About the color range, I would like to have other colors, as green and burgundy. And the Blackened Brown Clay could be a little bit less blackened in my opinion.. So I always need another palette to complete the look, because it doesn't have a transition color. That's why I rated 4 stars...
In the other hand, for a more intense look, like a Smokey Black eye look, this palette would be perfect, because you could just stamp the eyeshadow in your lid and would be good enough. No need for thousands of layers! AND the entire palette can also be used as Eyeliners, which is one of the reasons I love it so much!

I could rave about Sephora for hours on end! Practically everything they sell is great quality and it's hard to go wrong with anything you purchase from them. A lot of stuff sold there is pretty expensive but one of my favorite things about Sephora is their return policy. You can take back anything that you don't like, that doesn't suit you well, isn't your right shade, etc. One of the main things I love about shopping in-store is that they color match you to help make sure you leave with the right shade foundation. They even have a machine that color matches you and tells you what shade you would wear in every foundation they carry in the entire store! I'll definitely shop at Sephora again but I enjoy shopping with them online as well because they always have good promotions going on and you get : samples with every purchase you make. If you haven't shopped with them before, I highly recommend giving them a try!

Love sephora! Just went for the first time last year and I wish I had gone sooner!! The ladies tried their best to be very helpful, and to help me find a good concealer to cover my dark circles and find a foundation that matched my skintone. I love that they brought more options than just two or three products when I asked about a good brush and eyeliner. The free sample of mud face wash with my purchase was nice, too, I thought. I usually don't like how samples work but this one really helped to cleanse and even soothe my dry skin. Went back a second time to buy and exchange some makeup that wasn't really working for me, and they were all so helpful still. There wasn't a change I could notice from anyone. The one girl who helped me was able to help me find a good concealer and foundation that matched and helped to better cover my dark circles.

Sephora is my main place to go to buy all my favorite brands in one convenient location. The staff there is typically very helpful and helps me color match my skin. The stores themselves are clean and usually well stocked, but if you need a certain product and it's not out, ASK THE STAFF. Sometimes they are so busy and don't have time to restock every single shelf so ask them and they can look at the overstock. Once I went in looking for Kat Von D's concealer and i needed the lightest shade and it wasn't out and the worker looked in the overstock and then insisted in looking in the back because she knew they recently got a shipment in. The experiences I've had at Sephora have been for the most part, minus like once or twice, the staff there have always been super awesome and patient and very knowledgable about makeup. As much as I love going in the store I recommend shopping online because they ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS have coupon codes for a variety of samples or what not. I got a free year of Cosmo magazine with my sephora purchase once. be sure to check out all their offers on the offer page on the website

My experience at Sephora -- in terms of customer service -- differs depending on where I go; certain sephoras ( generally the smaller sephoras thats in JcPenny, Macys, etc.) the employees have been so catty and they act as if I had murdered their best friend or something when i ask them a question - so i tend to avoid those sephoras.
However, my experience in the bigger sephoras? it was great. Sephora carries so many brands of makeup that it can be difficult sometimes to pick and choose but generally their employees are super helpful! their products range in prices -- so you can definitely find products that works for you with your budget! Although there aren't alot of sales -- the store do offer a rewards program point that ranks up for you to get free products and they even give you free gifts on your birthday! it's awesome!

I think I may be addicted to Sephora lol. I love them, like seriously!
I adore the fragrance sample sets that come with a voucher for your favorite one. It's my favorite way to buy fragrance now.
I always buy way too much & love when they have 3x & 4x the points for VIB & Rogue members.
The new OMG sales are amazing. It's dangerous for me to actually go in store if I have any type of money on me lol.
Seriously, Best playground ever!!!!

Hands down, Sephora has the best customer service out of any beauty retailer on the market (from Barney's to Neiman Marcus to Blue Mercury to Ulta), Sephora has excelsior customer service. Whether I e-mail them, call them on the phone, or to a Sephora (a stand alone shop or one in J.C. Penny), they go above and beyond what is asked of them to make sure each customer is 100% satisfied with each and every product and purchase a customer makes. Their customer service, return policy, and the wide range of skincare, makeup, haircare products, etc. that they have to offer makes it enjoyable to chose to shop at Sephora over a myriad of other establishments that offer a lot of the same products. If you are unfamiliar with Sephora, give it a go, and if you had a bad experience, I guarantee it was a one-off (e.g. a sales associate having a bad day or something of that nature), because it is really and truly my absolute favorite beauty retailer. I have been to their stores all over as well as shopped online and my beyond impressed with the way Sephora runs their business! :)

I love to go to this store for my makeup but for whatever reason I always have somewhat a mediocre experience. First time I asked for no-smudge eyeliner, she showed me "oh you can find eyeliners over this section" and... that's it. Hmmm I might need more help than just where the section is lady. Second time, I wanted opinion or suggestions for good highlighter. This lady with heavy makeup asked me what you do mean highlighter, like a illuminator? Then she proceeded to give me concealer that is lighter than my skin tone and said you can highlight with this... Oh gosh I told her I'm shopping with a list that I've collected from Youtubers, and she's like who. So I name a few very popular famous Youtubers, and she said sorry I don't watch much Youtube... Overall, employee-wise, meh you could have done better, Sephora.
