Got this surprise box a few weeks ago and i wasn't sure how to use it, but my teenager as soon as she saw it grabbed it and she's been using it daily. The device has a grounding rock inside for you to put a few drops of your favorite scent and keep it around all day. She has mayor anxiety and has helped her for better sleep since she puts it under her pillow, takes on her purse if she's going out or just randomly inhales from it during the day when she gets a bit overwhelmed. I'm very glad she got a good use of it. It might not be magical but it does help her unwind and calm down. And for that im thankful.
