I love this clarifying shampoo so much. It effectively removes the strongest gels and heaviest creams while also not stripping out my red hair dye, which is amazing. So so disappointed that I can no longer find this at my local Ulta — if you find this shampoo and you have fine, buildup-prone hair, stockpile it because you will not be disappointed!

I received a free deluxe sample of this Sebastian Reset Shampoo and while I love this brand as a whole, this product was a failure for me. This is supposed to be a clarifying shampoo but all it did was tangle my hair miserably! I didn’t feel like my hair was reset at all using this, and I was thoroughly disappointed. Trying it with the matching conditioner just left my locks in a sorry state, it felt like I had a film on my hair and my scalp was so itchy. I would not recommend this product, but I’ve tried many other Sebastian products and would still give the brand a chance if they decided to reformulate this shampoo at some point in the future!
