Oh my gooodness this stuff is the best to marinate cucumbers in! I get bored of plain cucumbers really quick and they don’t taste much better in hummus to me. I found this and tried it. I AM IN LOVE. It’s so good. It makes them kinda zesty and if you cut them thick enough they still stay crunchy. I think they are best when you leave them in the fridge over night. If left much longer they get MUCH stronger, which is still good. But a little overpowering.
