I am on my third box of this shrimp which I purchase from Walmart. The coating is light and not thick at all. They are a nice size shrimp, unlike most popcorn shrimp which are tiny. They cook up beautifully in the air fryer oven in 7 minutes and are deliciously crisp and tender. Because they cook up so quickly, they are perfect for that "I forgot to take something out of the freezer" night! I serve them with a nice side salad and horseradish sauce that I prefer over cocktail sauce. Quick and really delicious!
