I have used this product for years. A tiny drop is all you need for long, fine, thin hair. It helps softened and give a healthy shine without leaving the hair looking greasy. I apply on towel dried hair, usually in the evenings as a part of my hair and skin routine. While I normally pair with a anti-frizz treatment when I go out, when travelling, the bottle suffices without taking up room in my bag.
