Schar is usually 'on point' with their products, however, their pasta tends to fall short. While the pasta holds up during cooking, one or more stirs without boiling water and you have pasta strips. The pasta clumps if oil isn't added to the water and after draining it leaves an unfortunate residue. The taste leaves much to be desired. As corn flour is the primary grain used, it tends to taste strongly of corn. I recommend Schar bread but they need to work on this pasta.
