I know the Galaxy Note is a lot bigger than the Droid but are there a lot of features the Galaxy has that the Droid does not?

Yes, The galaxy note phones have the S-Pen. It's a pressure sensitive stylus that comes with some very hand features. Besides being able to draw and write on your photos, you can also use the stylus to perform all the phones normal functions while wearing gloves! (No need to spend extra money on "touchscreen gloves"). You can play drawing based games much easier and with more precision and with apps like Sketchbook, artists have found it as a viable way to paint and draw away from home. The Galaxy phones also include S-Voice. It's kinda like Siri for Android.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 uses Jelly Bean processor, it makes it faster then Droids, with the Samsung you have more capability for battery, the camera by far is full of Vivid colors and amazing battery life that has a power saving mode as well. It comes with a Built in Stylis as well. Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is a great phone and more reliable then Droid phones by far and blows them out of the water and not even in the same league. Its worth investing in and I've had mine now for 2 years.

There are. The Note II is TouchWiz based. Most Droids run Sense. The Note II has functions that are specific to the Samsung Galaxy series, such as MultiWindow, S-Note Popup, AirView. I'd say to do a side by side review on CNET or another comparable site.
