Sambazon recently changed the packaging and the ingredients and they DO NOT TASTE THE SAME!!! The Acai Bites were exceptional. I always had them stocked in my freezer. The dark chocolate was very creamy. Now they are ordinary. The chocolate tastes like any Hershey bar. They even changed the shape from an Artisan look to mass-produced. I read the reviews on their website and many people complained about the change. I emailed Sambazon and asked them to bring the original version back (BTW, they are calling the New version "Original", which it obviously is not) and they gave me a standard response. I emailed again asking them to listen to all the people complaining on their website and they never responded - but they did remove all the negative reviews!!! This is a company that does not listen to its customers. And they are going to lose a lot of them because of it.
