It comes in a powder form that you use to mix with cream developer and you actually get enough for multiple uses. Definitely affordable for less than $20 and you get professional quality results.

Its great for what it is, cheap lightener. What makes it stand out is the different tonal varieties they have, most lighteners are usually white or blue. Its pretty harsh stuff and pretty damaging but its definitely very accessible for people who are not licensed.
