Sally Hansen used to be good before their formula was great they dried fast and very shiny the application brush was precise and soft, now I’ve been trying new colors and they are hard to dry I’m not sure if they have a new formula I just got this one from Sally’s and I feel like the expire very quick they still are chip resistance and they do smell a little strong.
