I am extremely hard on my nails and I need a polish that keeps up with how tough I can be with my hands. Normally polish doesn’t last as long as I would like before it starts to chip away. This is not my first time using Sally Hansen nail polish, but the first using their Xtreme Wear product. It gives me the impression that this will last longer than an average polish.
The color I received was 445 Violet Voltage, and it’s a deeper lilac. The purple shade is beautiful, very saturated and makes me want to try their other colors. I personally found that with the application brush it was easy to swipe and evenly coat each nail. It's also not patchy or clumpy at all. Dry time seemed fairly quick between coats, and I applied 2 coats as recommend to achieve most coverage. Instantly, I felt as if my nails were stronger than without any nail polish, so that gave me hope this would last quite some time. After a couple days my nails have held up, and only after the fourth day did they show any signs of chipping, which is a win in my book.
Overall, this is a trusted brand that delivers a strong, long-lasting polish with vibrant color and shine for at-home manicures. The only pitfall is the harsh chemical smell, but that's not unusual for polishes. #complimentary #influensterchamp

Review for: BAMBOO SHOOT more...
Tried this on the recommendation of a beauty guru. I know how to properly do my nails. Cuticle oil, buffing, filing, cuticle oil, push cuticles back, wash, base coat (which always works well with other polished), 2-3 thin coats, top coat. There was literally no reason for this product to perform as poorly as it did. Takes FOREVER to finally cure between coats. The slightest test of tackiness leaves smudges, bare spots. For being marketed as “hard as nails” this product NEVER actually hardened. It stayed soft as can be. I let coats dry 5-10 minutes and even after top coat and another 30-40 minutes the polish was soft and scraped away at the slightest bump or scrape against another nail. Thank goodness it was cheap but I will never buy another Sally Hansen polish. A huge waste of time. In the garbage it goes.

Review for: Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Nail Color In the Spotlight and Purple Potion with Dimple Braclet more...
This is an interesting color for sure. It's a medium red-violet with strong blue duochrome. It ends up looking much more blurple on the nail than in the bottle. The formula is a bit gummy and sheer (3 coats to get it opaque), and it also doesn't seem to dry as quickly as other Xtreme Wears. I am a purple lover and this polish is different from anything I have in my collection, so I will most likely hang on to it. Reminds me a little but of WnW Eggplant Frost but with more of a reddish plum undertone. Not something I'll wear all the time but definitely a unique color.

A good cheaper option! This nail polish is definitely not perfect, but it’s good when I’m in a hurry and just need a quick polish at home. Love the daycream color! It does bulge and crease if you mess with it in the first 30 minutes to an hour, but after it’s totally cured you’ll be good for a while! This time, after having the bottle for a few months, I found then consistency of the polish to be more liquid-y so it got kind of messy on my nails. Would buy again because it’s a cheaper option!

I just received a new prize box and it’s Amazing! Look at all these Amazing goodies. The ! Sally Hansen® Hard As Nail Xtreme Wear Nail Color is such a pretty color. I put I️t on my girls last Thursday and it’s still on and looking great , it’s very durable because they are super hard on polish! We also have some Maybelline Unstoppable® Mechanical Eyeliner Pencil which works AMAZING. I️t went on smoothly and was easy to apply. And at the end of the day I️t was very easy to take off with my makeup remover. I️t also looked great all day long. There were also some Sally Hansen® Hair Remover Wax Strip Kit for Face. This made waxing a breeze! I️t was so easy. The instructions were super easy to follow and I️t worked so well. I will definitely be purchasing this again for myself. And they also included some Degree Women MotionSense, Antiperspirant Deodorant, Tropical Rush, 2.6 fl oz . I️t worked very well. I️ use degree but have never bought the motionsense before and I️t worked ten times better than the one I currently use. I will be replacing my current one with this new brand!!

My go-to nail polish! It's affordable and looks great! I have this in so many different colors (more than pictured bc I can't find the others right now lol) because it's just that good! I do have to say that you need to be patient in between coats as it takes a little bit to dry before you can go in with the second coat. Other than that, two coats + a top coat and you're set. I always get compliments about my nails when I wear them!

Nice for drugstore brands. Just couple of bucks! Can’t beat that, right? I like the variety of colors and they’re great as undies for nail art! The consistency of the polish is different depending on color some are thin with sheer coverage and others apply like your favorite high quality polish, smooth with great coverage. It’s hit or miss with application coverage but wear time isn’t great. Add a really good top coat to make it last a few days. This is recommended for people who want to change colors often

In our house we ADORE the Sally Hansen Hard As Nails . I have a 3 year old daughter who loves to have her nails painted but doesn't want to sit and wait for them to dry so this formula is perfect . It is so opaque that it never takes more than 2 coats and most of the time it takes 1 . The polish drys super fast and lasts for a long time once it is on the nails . I wish we had every color that is out there .. We will be picking up some more in the future . We get ours usually at Target or Walmart

Review for: Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Red Carpet and Black Out with Dimple Bracelet more...
The Black Out shade is my favorite black nail polish I have ever used. I know that seems silly, right? Like it's black, so you'd think it'd be kind of hard to mess up, right? Wrong. But this one is awesome. No streaks, you don't need more than the regular 2 coats to have it look absolutely amazing, and even just one coat looks pretty great. It also lasts for a very long time. Usually my nail polish always seems to start chipping right away and then I start picking at it because I just can't help myself! But with this one I don't even have to worry about it!

This is the closest product I could find to Sally Hansen's Xtreme Wear clear coat. I liked it at first and it seemed helpful, but I've found that LA Colors actually works better (and is much cheaper.) Also, the Sally Hansen dried up in the bottle and leaked out to make this weird plastic-like formation. That was upsetting! I don't recommend.
