Is this expensive? Yes. But it is worth it? BIG YES. I’d gained a lot of weight and was working out, but unable to kickstart any real weight loss. I was super diligent with this - used it every day for about 30-60 days, and then a few times a week, and did my best to stick to the suggested diet. Absolutely cut my sugar cravings, and completely restarted my metabolism. I recommend this to people frequently.
(TMI alert) This stuff is amazing if you have gut probs/irregularity. I typically add a scoop to my morning oat milk latte, or I might skip the coffee and add a scoop to steamed oat milk. It is certainly an acquired taste, but I get energy and it typically stimulates a bowel movement shortly after I have it. I typically have this 3-4 times a week but want to increase frequency to see the positive impact over time :)
This is a great addition to my smoothies and morning coffee. It’s not a “miracle” product by any means, but the rich cacao is energizing and delicious!
