I used this as part of the 10 day detox and I throughly enjoyed it I have been repurchasing since. I do feel like the beauty water tastes funky but I put it in my Whole Foods orange juice in the AM and don’t really notice it. I can’t confirm if they do anything aside from that, but if you get them in a set or as part of the program it’s worth it.
