So, I love hummus. I love the Sabra brand. However, I do NOT love Lemon Twist. Lemon is a great flavor and the smell is nice but the actually blend in thus hummus is not something I’ll ever get again. It tastes like I’m eating hummus with lemon cleaner mixed in. Still gave it a 3 star even though I’ll never get this again and threw away the container since the packaging is still good, design is still good, and the quality of the hummus and spices are good. The flavor is just yuck.

It’s a little different from your normal hummus that you eat, but it does have a little bit of a tangy flavor that the lemon adds. The salt brings down the soreness from the lemon, all the flavors mix in beautifully and I’m kind of glad it lasts a little bit longer in the fridge, so I’m able to have a little bit more hummus throughout the week. And I love that the ingredients are simple. Not so much chemical junk in my hummus.
