I was astounded by the Saalt menstrual cup after just one use. Inserting it was relatively easy, and I didn’t even feel it during use. It provided complete protection for 12 hours without any leaks. It was incredible not to have to worry about changing it during the day and being able to sleep soundly without a pad overnight. Cleaning it was also a breeze. I wish I had started using this sooner!
