While finding the right menstrual product might feel like finding a needle in a haystack, for me that needle was the Saalt cup. I originally ordered the incorrect size and had some issues getting the cup to open correctly. I contacted the Saalt customer service team and they were so helpful, they sent me a free replacement cup and even a disc to try. The new cup fit perfectly and is now my go-to. It’s easy to insert and once it’s in correctly I don’t feel it at all. I love that I can go all day without worrying about leaks or TSS like I did with a tampon.

This menstural cup is amazing! It is made of soft, flexible silicone and is very comfortable. I can wear it for a long time without any leaks. I previously tried another brand and the original saalt cup, but found the silicone too stiff and uncomfortable. The soft design is a game changer!
