So this cookie has no gluten, no dairy, no eggs. I'm not sure how it's made but they aren't bad at all. Granted I know that's not a ringing endorsement but many other snacks that are no gluten, no dairy, no eggs are downright gross. It's a good snack for me on days when I really want a sweet mid-afternoon.

I bought this because it was dairy and nut free & I love lemon. I had high hopes because it felt like a soft cookie, which is odd because it says crunchy on the package. But this is not good. It's so soft it just falls apart and the texture is so powdery.
