We upgraded from a gas mower to this RYOBI AWD self‑propelled mower. I was a little skeptical about switching from a tried‑and‑true gas machine to a battery‑powered one, but after our first cut I’ll never go back. It’s quiet, it’s light, there’s almost no vibration, and it has more power than it has any right to. I dropped the deck as low as it could go in thick, wet grass, and the moment it sensed resistance it kicked into what I call “turbo mode” and powered through without hesitation. I’ve owned good gas mowers in the past, and this blew them out of the water. My 74‑year‑old father‑in‑law liked it so much he bought one last week. I can’t recommend this unit enough — RYOBI for the win!

We are thrilled with this mower! It has superb cutting power and it’s quick! Several speed settings are nice and it does a bang up job with several deck height options as well. It’s not too loud and with the cutting blade width and the speed, I feel like we cut the yard in a fraction of the time. We received two batteries and we only just barely use one to do our front yard, side yard and backyard! It is far superior to electric mowers I’ve had in the past and lives up to its advertisements on the box. It’s spendy at $599 but it’s great and I’d do it again tomorrow!

This Whisper Series All-Wheel drive multi blade lawnmower from Ryobi is great! We are happy with the purchase. It’s pretty easy to use. The motor is quiet and strong, it has All-Wheel drive mode that saves our energy a lot as it doesn’t require lots of strength to push the mower. It has dual batteries that can run continuously for about 70 minutes. We have landscaping company through our HOA that comes to cut our grass weekly but my husband prefers to do it himself as it turns out that we do better job in lawn mowing than the landscaping company. The quality on cutting from this mower is superb. The mower seems strong. I recommend this product!
