I used this machine at least 4-5 times each week. My family enjoys the top quality tea and coffee from this Russell Hobbs machine. Easy, to use and clean. And the tea and coffee taste wonderful!! Great size to make hot drinks for my family of 4. Safe to use and highly recommend this.
