I went with family to the restaurant for the very first time ever and although the food was good I was appalled by the treatment we received from our initial server and then the manager. Our server had a very poor attitude because she was clearly overwhelmed by running the bar while waiting on tables. When service failed the manager literally walked over and tried to intimidate the table. He never introduced himself nor was he wearing anything that indicated he was a manager or even employee of Rudy Tuesdays. He walked up, crossed his arms, and said, “What’s going on here!” Never once said who he was and just walked off after a solid minute of intimidation tactics. When I went to talk with him to see who he was after the incident I overheard him clearly joking with another employee about how he treated our party. Sadly I did not get his name and none of his excuses made up for his poor treatment of everyone. I’d say the day was a bust, but another server stepped in; Mannie, who was absolutely a delight to have waiting on us. He saved the evening and profusely apologized for the manager‘s behavior. If you go there ask for Mannie….. and watch out for the rest.

We had dinner here on Friday 4/5/24. Our waitress, Taniya L. was wonderful!! She was very attentive and made sure to check on us frequently to see if we needed anything!! Food was awesome too!! Sharon Clark
