Ruby Kisses HD SET n' Forget SETTING POWDER
I picked up this little gem at my local beauty supply store or $5. I used to skip the setting/baking step altogether but not I throw on this powder under eye a below my contour line and I love it! I look matte and airbrushed all day. No creasing, not oil spots. It is very dry though.
For a beauty supply store brand, I was pretty shocked at the outcome. My makeup lasted all day without transfer or creasing or separating.Powder really absorbed all the oils out of my face
I tried to give this powder chances multiple times but for some reason, once I let it bake on my under eye it turns the concealer ORANGE! it’s so crazy .. i don’t get it since the concealer is about 2 shades lighter , it literally oxidizes and is noticeably different from the rest of my skin. :(
Ruby kisses has dteoped tgeir game up. This is a great finishing powder. Its very inexpensive and affordable. The only con I have about it is if you put a lot of it to bake you will have that orange tint...but I would buy it again and recommend it
Review for: Other more...
I needed a cheap setting powder so I came across this in the ruby kisses stand at Cvs. Cheaper than my nyx powder, so I got it. Apart from the packaging, this is the best cheap drugstore powder I've used. The packaging is this weird twist shut inner lid that can prevent wastage of product but honestly it gets in the way of dipping my sponge or brush in there so I need to tap it out onto the lid and apply it from there. I love how it applies evenly than my nyx powder, and doesnt show up in some lighting as it blends better compared to the nyx loose powder. I am pleased with this.
