The only ingredients are all-natural sustainable catch wild alaskan red sockeye salmon sourced out of Seattle at Trident Seafoods and salt. This is the best canned salmon I've ever eaten. I ate this for breakfast just now and it was unbelievable. All I added was a squirt of lemon.
