Having cruised with multiple cruiselines, I have to say that Royal Caribbean is my go-to cruise line. Royal Caribbean is unlike any other line as far as quality and price combined go. On the newer ships, you have a larger selection of dining options compared to the smaller and older ships. Don't worry though-you won't go hungry. The staff is also very accommodating. You will build a personal relationship with crew members by the end of your cruise. I have also found that the customer service employees are very accommodating and are concerned about customer feedback.
One of the best things about royal Caribbean is their customer service. While on one of their cruises, we had an issue with an employee. After reporting the incident, the employee called our room with an apology and we were sent complimentary wine and strawberries. It was very nice of them to acknowledge a mistake and go above and beyond to ensure that the rest of our stay was amazing
The service and attention to detail on Royal Caribbean cruises is AMAZING. I cannot say enough good things about the crew aboard the ship. The ship itself was magnificent. The last cruise I went on was the Independence of the Seas and my whole family and I loved every minute! Our rooms were spotless, the food was abundant, drinks were flowing, and the excursions were awesome! So many options for things to do and never a boring moment. The shows on the ship were great too. We have another one booked for this August and I cannot wait!
Recently when on a two week cruise to the the Virgin Islands and had a blast. The cruise was a little small but the customer service and employees was excellent. The crew really knows how to entertain and make sure that everyone is having a great time. On the other hand, their shows could have been a little better selected. Overall, had an amazing time and would definitely recommend.
I recently went on a 7 day cruise on #LibertyoftheSeas and absolutely loved it. The ship was awesome, food was good, and the shows were spectacular. I was most impressed with the wait staff. They went above and beyond and took the time to get to know me and my preferences. I was truly impressed and would recommend Royal Caribbean to anyone looking for a relaxing, carefree vacation.
I love Royal Caribbean cruises. The food is always delicious and the prices are extremely competitive. Once we are on the ship there is never a shortage of things going on to either take part in or just watch others have fun during the day. At night the shows they put on are incredible in general but even moreso when you think about how much they dance while the ship moves. On our honeymoon my husband and I ended up hanging out with the cast of the stage shows a couple times and they were so sweet and fun!
I went on the Oasis of the Sea boat from royal caribbean and this was the time of my life!!! The room attendant was the nicest person ever, the food was amazing. Everything was planned out perfectly!! I've never been on a cruise this was my first one and I feel spoiled. I would do this trip again and again on the same boat, It had so much to do and see. I love Royal Caribbean!!!!
We recently took a seven night Caribbean cruise on Adventures of the Sea. The staff on the boat was incredible. Everyone went above and beyond to make the experience memorable. The food was very good; though we personally thought the food was better on Carnival. The only reason the experience was a 4 star and not a 5 star was the entertainment on the ship was not scheduled well and if you missed one session you missed the event. On other cruise lines they often had the same show run twice a night allowing for more flexibility.
The royal Caribbean ships are AMAZING, and the crew makes you feel like part of the royal Caribbean family. The effort they make to make you feel like you can relax and enjoy your self with any regrets it's always something you appreciate, the food and the activities that you can find are for the whole family and nobody can ever be bored for even a minute, best week of my life!!
Overall for the price it was not worth it. The drink package was overpriced for having to wait at the bar for 30 minutes to get a drink. The food in the dining room was very good but some of the waiters were very rude. Buffet was decent but constantly packed. The destinations were very good and fun! The ship overall was clean except for the glasses and cups left around the decks. Rooms are spacious (if you pay for one with a balcony), if you get a standard room, they are not big enough for the amount of people they accommodate.
