Have been on several cruises and in on several different boat just different cruise lines. This is by far my favorite. Royal Caribbean has the better ships, better service, and its just to all over better experience if you're going to take a cruise
Great cruise but they charged me an additional $400. No explanation/response yet but that's unacceptable. I kept all my receipts and know for a fact I spent no where near that. Just be careful when you hook up your credit card to your sea pass card.
Prior to getting on the ship customer service is very challenging to deal with. It is impossible to speak with a manager even when they accidentally cancel your cruise due to entering someone else's reservation number incorrectly. The food and wait service onboard the ship are phenomenal! The ship is very clean and provides lots of entertainment options.
You really cant go wrong with this cruise line for the price. Its very affordable, has all the thing you would expect, cheesy comedy shows, filling buffets and a tiny night club. The last one I went on had the best pizza I have ever eaten in my life
Allure of the Seas! They called her a beauty and they were so right! My family and I had the perfect mixture of excitement, entertainment, and relaxation. We had above average customer service and even returned to a specific waiter each night because of his compassion and general enthusiasm! Loved the experience, already have one planned for next year!
love cruising! RC is great but they really want to get every last penny from you on the ships. I love the overall experience I jsut wish there was a way to make them more all inclusive as they used to be. I understand paying extra for alcohol and gifts etc but not room service or restaurants on board, thats what the cruise fare should be used for
I have been on two of Royal Caribbean's cruise ships and I can't complain. They have great customer service and amenities onboard. I went to the Bahamas on both trips and enjoyed all the excursions that were available. The food is top of the line, shows are supreme, and activities are endless. I'll definitely book another one in the near future!
The boat I went on was one of their smallest boats, three days. So much fun, it was very affordable for the three days that we went. Staff was very nice, food was beyond great. We were very satisfied with booking Royal Caribbean.
I've sailed with RC 3x in the past 12 years. My first experience was incredible, from the pools to the food selection. My second time was nice, but I started to see the food quality and accessibility to lounge chairs, etc. decrease. By the third time, I was seriously unimpressed.
By far the only cruise line I will ever use (except for when my children want a Disney cruise). The staff is always excellent and the atmosphere is the most calming and fun at the same time! The destinations are beautiful and the ships are well done!
