I recently went on a 5 day cruise with royal Caribbean. I was a little disappointed in the lack of service on the cruise line. I feel that ever since they switched to the drink packages the service has gone down hill.
I've taken many cruises with RC and I'm planning my next one. So many places and ships to choose from, so many things to do. Great vacation, and always so we'll run.
My first cruise was with Royal Caribbean. It was nice, but my husband and I thought it was a little boring. All I heard my whole life was to go on a diet before a cruise because you will have access to food 24/7 and you would just eat all the time. Well not this one. You miss meal time than you just missed it. There may have been cookies, but that was it. Pool was smaller than I thought it would be so it was always completely packed and never thought a mixed drink would be $15-20! Nothing really to do, small Casino but it was not opened very often, a few shows but at weird times. To cost as much as Royal does I just expected different and have not been back.
This cruise line is great! It's so nice to go on vacation and pay most of it upfront, not having to worry about how much you will spend later. They are accommodating, clean and the entertainment is great.
I never have used this product, however I always hear and see what wonderful trips and amenities they have. I will be taking my first trip this next year for sure
I took a 7 night cruise in 2008 and to this day I am still raving about it! I went with my family for spring break vacation and it was an all over amazing experience. the staff was so incredibly nice and accommodating, the food was sensational and the amenities on the ship were perfection. I used the gym everyday just because it was actually really relaxing just watching the ocean as you worked. I don't recommend any other cruise line to people when they ask about cruise lines.
I really like cruising with Royal Caribbean. Decent prices, staff are always amazing, and there is always something fun to do on the boat. Have been on 4 RC cruises and it is my second favorite line after Norwegian.
My parents had cruised with Royal Caribbean in the past and they swore by it, so when my sister and I went on one last month, we went with Royal Caribbean. After cruising with this line, I don't think I could EVER book with another line. The service on the cruise was AMAZING - there were always people around to help & they always did so right away & with a smile. The shows on the cruise were amazing... if you go on a Royal Caribbean cruise don't miss them! Since it was just the two of us, we sat with 2 other couples at dinner and they were awesome. I felt so connected to our new friends, waiters, room attendant, and other staff that I was so sad to leave.
I've always enjoyed this Cruise line. It's not pretentious but it's also not so kid friendly that adults can't enjoy it. It's well rounded, with good ports of call.
By far the best and most fun and innovative cruise ships. They are always introducing bigger and better ships and I couldn't imagine ever using another cruise line.
