I have taken many cruises and this is my favorite cruise line so far. RCCL has so many activities and fun things to do on board that sometimes you have to choose between acitvities (if you go on the bigger ships). Customer service has always being great and we havent had any issues on that sense. The only reason why i didnt give it a 5 star is because there is always room for improvement and because of my last experience on the empress of the seas. If this is going to be the first cruise you are ever going to take with them...please dont. The ship is not up to part on what royal represents. Save up a little bit more and go on one of their bigger ones.
Took a cruise from Miami to Bahamas with my four girlfriends (24 years old). Loved every stop. You really need to finds activities going on on the boat to truly enjoy everything. Example were young and wanted a night of drinking. We could have gone to one of many bars on the boat but instead waited to a "bar crawl" that the boat entertainers hosted. It was a great way to meet up with other people socialize and have a good time. Make sure to book your excursions ahead of time as many of the good ones book up. We had chosen an excursion but the water was too rough that day so we ended up choosing another that didn't really look appealing. Low and behold it took us to the most beautiful secluded beach of all time. Still my top beach and I've travelled to many different countries. Staff is friendly food is good and the boat is very clean. Highly recommended
Royal Caribbean is by far my favorite cruise line. I've been on their ships since I was about 8 years old and they've never disappointed. They're very accommodating and always have fun events and great food.
Great accommodations and activities. I was a little bummed that most food closed around midnight except at the coffee shop so I spent late nights there. Otherwise I enjoyed the shop and the overall atmosphere
Excellent attention and hospitality, rooms very clean and hygienic. Easy access, excellent panoramic view of the city from my room .. I would like to return someday.

Genuine great experience. Fun for the whole family and very easy user interface on their website as far as actual booking goes. Only complaint is that they don't offer more add ons for the room.
Royal Caribbean is first class all the way. The ships are beautiful and well appointed. Staff is over the top helpful and cordial. Daily activities are amazing! And, of course, the food is second to none. Highly recommend!
Beautiful boat, lots of space. Balcony cabin was wonderful. The food wasn't as good as other cruises I've been on but still good. Seemed like a lot of opportunity to spend lots of money on the boat
I've been on Oasis twice and I can say it's been one of the best so far. It is beautiful from the outside and in the inside as well. Customer service is always great. Great people and great cruise
I have taken royal Caribbean 3 times and it is fantastic. It is clean and huge. The food is delicious and you can get so many snacks. There are so many fun things to do too! I love Royal Caribbean.
