I've only been on one RC cruise and after so many people told me how great they are I was very disappointed. There was no water on the ship when we got on and there weren't enough bar tenders for how many people there were. The staff on cruises are usually very friendly, but these were not. I was very disappointed.
I have only been on a Royal Caribbean cruise once, but I will definitely go on one again. The staff was all very respectful and they all had a very positive attitude. The food was amazing and they had lots of activities for kids and adults. I would recommend you go on a Royal Caribbean cruise for your next vacation.
Loved my recent trip through the Caribbean! They had some of the nicest workers! A bit pricey for a balcony room. Unfortunately had a bit of a run with some bad customer service in the casino. The Allure is an incredible ship and would definitely go again! Make sure to check out one of their scavenger hunts--so fun!
I have been on 3 different cruises with Royal Caribbean. The first one was supposed to go to Mexico but because of the swine flu we got rerouted. Which was awesome they credited us and we got another cruise out of the deal.
My family and I have been on several royal Caribbean cruise line trips. By far one of our favorite cruise lines to travel on. The food is always amazing as well as the amount of entertainment and activities that are offered.
For my first cruise, this was great! We were on a lower level so our room was small but the deck was joyful, bar (drink) service was slowwwww, but the entertainment and activities were so fun! Limited deck seating for the amount of people on board, but our stops in mexico were so fun and the ship was still huge!!!
I really like RC. We went on the smallest ship, empress of the seas, and I would have to recommend not choosing that ship. The customer service was okay but not what was expected from RC. Wish we had picked a different ship.
Royal Caribbean cruises was one of the first cruise I've been on. I was blown away by their customer service. The ship was very elegant and clean. Everyone on the cruise was friendly and looked like they were passionate about their job. It was a great environment to be in and definitely a memorable vacation.
This is a great cruise line! There is always a lot to do on the ship and a lot of good food to eat! I live crises because once you get on the ship, you're good to go! All your food, travel, hotel, and activities are easily accessible and mostly included... unless you want extras like alcohol or special activities.
Cruise was great as it is an easy stress free vacation - no driving or navigating. Only downside is limited time at stops and only able to go to 1 venue. I loved the gym, pool, spa and events held on the ship. Great trio to so in big groups and food was good. Service and people that worked on ship incredibly nice.
