Over the years, I have cruised on many of the various cruise lines. We chose Royal Caribbean recently because it seemed more kid-friendly without being the "Fun Ships." My son didn't enjoy the kids activities--too much geared toward passive activities like coloring. We didn't enjoy the atmosphere of the ship and the service and food quality left much to be desired. We'll go back to Celebrity next time.
Huge ship. Lots of amenities. Drink package was expensive, but worth it if you drink alcohol. Lots of port destinations. I loved that I could find private space outside of my room on such a big ship with so many people.
Very comfortable cabins with a good space (knowing that it’s not a first class!). Great staff, good meal options, the boarding was right on time, I had no problems at all since I bought the tickets until I get back home.
Real Caribbean cruises are such a fun atmosphere especially in a group it was a good getaway for family and friends and they have plenty of things to do on the ship and off the ship I’d recommend going for seven or more days and everything is great there food the workers and the atmosphere is so Inviting
Oasis of the Seas is AWESOME!!!! I have been pin that ship 3 times now. The service is amazing. I love the food and drinks. My last trip, I too advantage of the spaon the ship. It was the best stress-free trip I had ever been on.
Best cruise I was ever on. Food was delicious, from the buffets to the sit down dinners. The activities are never ending. Honestly I didn’t do any excursions this time because there was so much to do and see on the ship.
Not a huge fan at all! For the pricing (not cheap at all) they nickel and dime you with everything on the ship (even when you purchase a drink package), they charge you for gratuities (even when you prepay them), you have to always check daily to ensure charges weren't doubled. Staff were very kind I will say and made it enjoyable. The food is sub-par. I will continue with Celebrity lines as they are overall better.
I will start with the fact that I have been on both RC and Carnival cruises. Royal Caribbean definitely takes the wow factor to the next level. The staff treat you like royalty, and every minute detail is thought out. Perfect for families or older couples. The only thing I wish is that it had more activities for young adults. They do try to cater some things to that crowd, but carnival definitely still is the party ship.
Best cruise ever!! Cruised on oasis of the seas and it was amazing! Hands down best food and deff splurge for the drink package. So worth it to have peace of mind. Won’t regret it! Loveeee!! Can’t wait to go again.
I had a great experience on this cruise ship. We had one bad experience where the ship caught on fire and we had to sit in designated areas for hours. It was necessary though because they were making sure everyone was accounted for. They handled the situation very professionally and the trip continued as usual. Props to everyone that remained calm. They made sure we were all okay and the trip was amazing.
