I have never been on a cruise. I get motion sickness very badly, but can you feel all of the movement on the boat?

It all depends on the weather. You can have rough seas. I cannot say you won't feel it. But it really isn't as bad as you would l think. Most of the time I forget we are on a boat. On rough seas you might stumble a little. They do have a patch you can get from your doctor that goes behind your ear. I see people wearing them a lot. They say it works.

We had calm waters for our cruise, so I did not feel any motion. Vitamin B6 25mg, 1 every 8hours helps with nausea (don't miss a dose!)

On my first cruise, I felt a little motion sickness while they were going over the safety training before we departed. I took a Dramamine as soon as it hit and I instantly felt better with no more problems on the 3 day cruise.

I do too, I use the patches and they definitely help me. But it depends also where you are going, if there is a storm, etc. Don't go to Halifax (Canada), I can tell you that from experience! Very rough waters no matter what. But other destinations are not as bad as long as the weather is good

I just spent 1 year working on cruise ships and even living on board full time i got really seasick quite few times. the passage from florida to the bahamas can be really rough through out the year. sometime you just feel as though your drunk but haven't been drinking and other times you can be really nauseous
