One of our cats has a history of urinary issues. The vet prescribed this food. On the plus side, the cats enjoy it and it works to break up the crystals in the cat's urine. On the downside, I am not a fan of the ingredients. I prefer real, healthy ingredients and this food seems to lack that. I wish this was healthier, but it does the trick when the cat is having issues.

Best prescription cat food. My cat has a history of UTIs and had surgery for blocked.

Our cat has a history of bladder problems and had to have surgery years ago. He has since used SO food and has had no further problems. While this food does cost more than cat food from the grocery store, it keeps our cat healthy and is worth the extra cost.

I am fortunate that since my kitty started on this special vet diet, we have not had any issues with crystals or bleedong. Yes it is more expensive than other foods for cats but knowing he is not getting sick anymore is worth every penny!
