The added nutrients, specifically iron, are definitely a plus. I would have never figured out that seaweed is infused in this pasta. No funk just like a typical regular pasta but non-GMO and vegan, so I guess that makes it better. I thought this product would be salt forward or overly salty, but it was actually extremely pleasant! Fun color! Great texture!
