It's finally here. I've waited a while for this thing now I'm put it to use for sure this thing is heavy duty as it gets to be a buffer,it's easy to assemble it came with 2 . 5.0 amp batteries 1. Fast charge , 2 pads and a nice carrying bag it's awesome it's got variable speeds fast slow speed. Feels pretty reliable. First flex volt tool I've every owned. I love it

I used this 6.5 inch pad for for detailing a car and it worked really well. It went on smooth and I was really able to work everything in so it looked smooth shiney and clean. It lasted a long time and didn’t cause any issues. Easy to put on and off and was simple to carry with me in my bag. I would highly recommend it! Makes everything look super clean!

This review is on the Flex brand itself and not the product, as it was never received and no corresponding replies have ever been sent to me on the matter. It's unfortunate, because I was truly looking forward to using this. It's been 3 months and my tasks are now overdue and affecting my account. All that was ever sent was a buffing pad. I don't think this is fair to me or the brand. I will come back and redo this if and when the product ever arrives. I own several Flex tools and find the quality to be top-notch. The ergonomics are always comfortable and the tools themselves are rock solid. One of my favorite aspects to Flex are their batteries. They seem to be a step above the competitors and have great longevity once charged. I'm not super particular on tool brand, but have always stuck with the yellow brand because I originally started off with a set of those batteries, but after owning a couple Flex tools, I just may be making a permanent switch.
