Rosegal shipped via Canada Post on the same date, November 15, 2024. Rosegal was aware of the strike at the point they shipped. I was promised a delivery date between November 29, 2024 and December 13, 2024. The package never arrived. I requested a refund on December 14, 2024. They asked me to wait a week. I waited. On December 20, 2024, I again requested to be refunded. It was at this point I checked the tracking info. The package was returned to Rosegal November 30, 2024...a full two weeks before I first requested a refund. They ignored all my requests for refund. They then resent the package, on Decmber 20, 2024, with the knowledge that I didn't want it any longer, and would not be able to use it for it's intended purchase, and that I wouldn't be available to receive it. They then omitted all the logistics and misrepresented the order to Paypal.
