My dog really likes this toy. She can chew on it for a long time by herself or I can pull one of the ropes and we can play tug of war. It is holding up well to our teething 5 month old puppy and I think it should last for a while still. So far, she hasn’t managed to get any chunks off of the tire or too many strings off the ends of the rope.

This tug-o-war toy for the pup is very durable and strong. It is on the bigger, bulkier side of things so when small friends come over to play it can be difficult to play with because it is also a bit heavy. When our dog (medium to large) plays with it though, she has a great time and she either plays tug-o-war or just chews on it a bit. A great, durable and fun toy for the pups!!!

The joyhound Game On Knotted Rope with Rubber Tire Dog Toy is made from very durable material. The tire is pretty heavy and should hold up for a decent amount of time. The rope seems strong and should hold together well. Our dog is 20 pounds and I didn’t realize how big this toy is when I chose it. It’s a bit heavy for her but would be a great toy for a bigger dog. She does try and drag it around and will play tug of war with us. It will keep your bigger dog busy while you’re away or during play time.
