A few years back My husband and I infant son passed away. I was rushed to a different state to have our baby and he has a large mass in one of his lungs. During the hospital stay my husband was offered to stay in one of these houses so he could stay close to me and or baby. I don't know what I would have done if my husband didn't get to stay close and be with me after our baby died.

Every penny donated to this charity would be worth it. Eighteen years ago my parents were surprised to find that my mother was going into labor--two months early. Although I seemed healthy I was very underweight and had to remain in the hospital for over a week--and during this time Ronald McDonald House Charities gave my young, stressed, and very tired parents a place to stay until I made it out of the hospital. It was such a blessing to my family and any money donated to this charity would be well spent.

This charity is unbelievable. I have had many personal experiences with this charity. At the local hospital my mom gave birth to my sibling very early and she got to stay at the hospital (through Ronald Mcdondald House Charity) and it was so nice for her. They made her feel welcome and so much better about the Terible situation. An amazing, amazing, amazing, charity.

The Ronald McDonald house is such a huge help when you have a child in icu and you have to be at the hospital for weeks. Motels and eating out get very expensive, they give you an opportunity to stay there for free plus provide food for you. it's an awesome place.

My sister spent 10 days in the ICU for an emergency surgery for a condition that was discovered while my family was out of town for a holiday. The Ronald McDonald House (well, wing/suite at the hospital we were at) was nothing short of amazing. Laundry facilites, showers, food, etc. Everything needed so at least one of my parents could be at the hospital at all times.

When my daughter was born she had to be transferred to a hospital about an hour from where we lived. We were able to quickly get a room at the Ronald McDonald House, the staff was very helpful and sweet. that weekend we stayed there was mother's day and they left me flowers at my door and provided us with a delicious breakfast. I donate to them every chance i get.

I've stayed in a Ronald McDonald's home while my step daughter was in the hospital all week and this has got to be the best program. everything was clean and tidy. other guests were considerate not what I expected in a high crime city. I was pleasantly surprised.

I have not personally taken part in this organization. From what I hear, these people pay for families to stay in temporary housing by their other family members who are deathly sick. Super good cause and I think it is north wile donating
