They are always in need of the essentials: shampoo, soap, feminine products ( big time ), deodorants, clothes detergent, toothbrushes, and so on. They always need snacks, maybe breastfeeding products and anything for babies ( hats, preemie clothing). If you can a nice warm home cooked meal is always nice. It was always something that made us feel somewhat normal. Blankets are nice, the ones in the hospital are so rough and just smell like a hospital. Water bottles, it really helps to remind new moms and even not so new moms to drink water. Gatorade is a great drink to donate since when in the hospital you tend to forget about yourself and it really helps to keep the electrolytes the parents need. Just a few ideas. From a fellow medical mom and Ronald McDonald user.

There are specific lists of what you can donate. Of course, if you want to donate something else you can do it already in you.
