This will be a place that I will donate to as much as I can. Every time I go to McDonald’s, I donate. This organization hits very close to home became they helped my parents out when I was very sick as a child. My parents had to leave the hospital for a few nights while I was staying. So instead of giving them a burden of finding a hotel and paying for it when you’re child is very sick, they gave my parents a room to stay in for a few nights at the ‘Ronald McDonald House’. I cannot thank this charity enough. Please donate because it goes for a great cause!

This is where I always go to drop my loose change whenever I have extra, and I know it's going for a good cause.  I support this charity because it helps families and their ill children thrive.  I've never had any problem donating to them and I would recommend anyone who has a few pennies laying around to donate.  It's amazing how a little difference can make a huge difference if everyone participated.

My daughter was born November 4 she was due on December 23. She required emergency surgery and the hospital to perform the surgery was 3 hours away. She required multiple surgeries after that and did not come home for three months. My husband and I stayed at the hotels the first week. We there moved over to the local Ronald McDonald House in Augusta Georgia. I stayed there the whole three months. Then in 1996 it was in an old Victorian Home very nice Home. I could come and go to hospital as needed. I also had a direct phone line to the hospital in my room. It was very convenient very easy to find and a life saver for the expense. The staff and residents at the house were so very nice and seen to it we had everything we needed. The Ronald McDonald House will always have a very special place in my heart.

I’ve volunteered in the Nemours Children’s Ronald McDonald house in orlando and it was one of my favorite volunteering experiences to date. We made dinner for the families living there and even had some come down to say hello and thank you! We even received a thank you card that was signed by each of the families!

My family has also been on the receiving end of this charities generosity. Back in January one of my little brothers was extremely sick spent a few months at the children’s hospital and my parents were able to get a room for an entire month so they could take turns having an actual bed to sleep in.

This charity is amazing. Through and through. I will volunteer for them every chance I get and encourage anyone and everyone to do the same!

I absolutely love Ronald McDonald house. They were there for my parents when I had surgery years ago, put them up in a room fed them and did anything they could. My son also has been in and out of the hospital with lung issues and they are always there if you need anything. They drop you off snacks, drinks and little gifts to families and patients

Thank the lord I've never had to use this charity but one of my friends has for after her children's were born and rushed to children's. She told me that she was able to stay in the Ronald McDonald house free of charge while children's in Little Rock, AR cared for her kids. I always hear bad things about when I donate my money to certain places because they just take the money and don't actual help people in need but this is one of the best ones I've heard of. A lot of people know nothing about it but if you happen to go to McDonald's be sure to drop the change in their donation box!! 😊

RMHC is one of the most important charity us in our country! It provides food and housing for families with sick children. When these families lives are rocked And they need to travel to get their child care, Spending most if not all of their savings, and basically living at the hospital, RMHC provides him with safe, clean, comfortable housing and meals for the entire family not to mention emotional support. With the healthcare Clement where it is today I am confident to say that without army to see many families will not be able to be with their child during treatment due to the financial stress. I highly recommend volunteering at this fine organization or making a donation to your local chapter. They also collect soda tabs and exchange them for cash, so take your recycling efforts to the next level and start saving your tabs for kids!

I didn’t know much about this charity until reading some of my fellow influenster’s stories on here, but it sounds like this charity has helped so many people and is an amazing service. It makes me feel so happy that this can exist for families needing somewhere to stay while their child is in the hospital. Knowing something like this exists really restores my faith in humanity

A wonderful nonprofit organization that’s mission is keeping parents/families near to where their children are being treated. The cost of medical treatment and travel can take a toll on families the least of their worries should be where they’ll shower or sleep. If you can’t donate money look into collecting soda pop tabs, you can start collect bins anywhere!
