This is absolutely the best commercial curry out there. The quality of the ingredients is amazing and the smell and flavor is spectacular. I normally use this as a base for most of the food I prepare and it always give them a nice after taste, since unless you are preparing a curry or Indian food or something, a little of this goes a long way seasoning food. You can add it directly to prepared meals or to meat but to me the trick to curry is to add it to the ghee or olive oil or butter you are using to prepare rice or vegetables or meat or whatever just before adding the food, so it fries a little (be careful not to burn it) and then it impregnates all of the food homogeneously. Something that tastes extraordinarily good with curry? Popcorn. Add it to the oil you are frying the corn. It will give them a yellowish tint so your kids will believe they are eating popcorn with butter but they will be getting a nicely flavored and quite healthy popcorn.
