I love capers and these are no exception! Salty and briny without being too sour. Chicken piccata is one of my favorites, and so simple. Dredge pounded seasoned chicken breasts in flour and pan fry in butter. Remove from pan and deglaze pan with white wine. Reduce by half and add capers (I like A LOT) and finish with a couple Tablespoons of butter. Adjust seasoning, add chicken back, and serve over pasta. I get compliments all the time. This is actually the only brand of capers I buy.
