I was introduced to ROCKTAPE a few years ago when I had a car accident and was going through treatments. DOC used it to help stabilize my rib area. It comes in precut strips and a few colors to blend in or stand out depending on your preference. I have it in beige. You can shower with it on and mine could last few days before removing the strip. Box states it is Latex free, 97% cotton 35% nylon, 180% stretch for full range of motion, wear for 3-5days and 100% satisfaction. You apply it like a large bandaid so I do get help to apply on my ribs. It can be expensive. This box has 20 precut straps each 10 inches. I think I paid $20.00 +/-. I did try from a local sports store brand and it would not stick.

My favorite tape! I always wear knee pads, but they are very visible under the tights. Tapes are the best solution for summer and outdoor wear. It’s look stylish and joints do not suffer. They hold for 1.5 weeks, this is a very good result! Could have held on longer. I love them very much and buy them all the time!
