I don't know what to say about this other than it is good flour. I didn't notice any difference from other flour that we have used in the past. You can use it in a variety of recipes (of course, because it is all purpose).
I've always loved this flour. It was the brand my great grandmother and grandmother used for baking EVERYTHING in our house in Venezuela. I've yet to find one that comes close to it! I'm trying to find it in my local supermarkets.
I would have not made it through the holiday if it wasn't for Robin Hood flour. From cookies to nut rolls it helped make the most ideal desserts. It made my breads, rolls, and cookies nice and soft much better than the competition. My mother used it and recommended it and I recommend it to others.
