I went in person because I heard they do fittings. They take a video of you barefoot on a treadmill and then pictures of you standing, to try to find your size and arch support need. My experience was fine, they measured my feet as 2 different sizes. Then they brought me shoes that are 1 full size bigger than one foot and 1/2 size bigger than the other. I've been wearing them for a few weeks and the fit is kinda too big, my smaller foot cramps up during cardio work outs because it doesn't fit well. I guess only Nordstrom and very few other places will sell you 2 different sizes though. The custom shoe inserts they make at the store aren't that great for me. Just didn't add enough arch support. $100 was really expensive for something that's not great.

(I told my husband I will be done in 20 minutes while he stayed outside the store with our dog) I went to Road Runner Sports in North Brunswick where I met Aaliyah, who was my personal fitter. She asked me questions, evaluated my feet the way I run, showed me video etc. She answered every question and concern I had. I ended up with the Glycerin 20. She spent an hour with me and I could not be more happy and thankful for my shoe fitter “Aaliyah” who I had the opportunity to work with! Thank you for going above and beyond! I will be back!
