Great in casseroles! I love it in dips, too. It tastes fresh and is low a low calorie addition to any dish. Very flavorful and affordable. I always recommend Ro-Tel and I usually don’t care for canned produce.

I use this often for taco soup and rotel dip. It’s great and gives the right amount of heat that’s needed.

I love mixing this in so many dishes! It is great to put in Mexican foods. The tomatoes aren’t too chunky and the flavor is great

My favorite thing to get when making the infamous Rotel Dip!! I love trying their variety of spice levels so I’ll mix them up. Sometimes when I don’t feel like cutting up my peppers & tomatoes for other dishes I’ll use this.

We like to use this in our queso. We just drain the liquid & put it in the blender for a second or two & then pour it into the queso. It’s not bad, can just buy the off brand if you are on with that. It does have a pretty good taste to it.
