- "This is alright and it does what it says as it's good for oily skin and as other people said it's good at matching skin tones... but I don't like the texture and it's too 'matte' for me." in 168 reviews
- "This is the first full coverage foundation that I have used that doesn't feel heavy to get everything covered and blended." in 98 reviews
- "The only down side is that their are not enough color options the darkest color was sand when I bought this and that is no where near my skin tone." in 91 reviews
- "i loved this foundation it gave me some awesome full coverage and it also felt so light on my face , also a little goes a long way with this product !" in 70 reviews
- "Amazing coverage and does stay on a lot, it lasts quite a long time however there aren't a good range of tones and it leaves your skin feeling quite dry, if you have normal or oily skin then this is a good foundation, do not use if you have dry skin or if you like natural looking foundations, this one is very obvious and thick coated." in 68 reviews
I do not like it very much, it has high coverage but it lasts very little and after two hours I see the heavy and greasy face, its texture is very thick, in my opinion it does not fit and I would not buy it again
I bought the lightest shade available in this foundation and while I did love how it stayed matte all day I was disappointed that even the lighted shade was too dark for my fair skin. If Rimmel made this foundation in a lighter tone it would be a big hit for me.
BEST foundation I've used in a long time! Stays all day and still feels pretty light! It had a matted finish and is flawless and full coverage. Works awesome with the matching transparent powder and your favorite Highlighter!
So this is my first foundation from Rimmel. I’ve tried their original BB cream, they have a matte, and radiance version of it, and really liked it, but this was my first foundation. I’m really disappointed guys, especially since I hear so many things that are good about the Rimmel Foundations. I bought this in the lightest shade and tried blending it with my fingers, a brush, and a beauty blender. None of them worked. This does not blend at all and sits atop your skin in an extremely obvious way, it’s not a good product in my opinion. However I hear amazing things about the Rimmel lasting finish foundation & the match perfection. I also hear amazing things about the Rimmel Wake me Up but that isn’t available in the US so I’m not giving up hope yet.
This is a great foundation if you want the airbrush finish. It doesn't leave an oily residue and it's very easy to apply. I recommend using a brush to pat it down, it give it the more matte look. I highly recommend this if you're on a budget!

This is an awesome drugstore foundation !! For the price and quality you can't beat it . Totally comparable to high end products . Say tarte Amazonian clay ) it's amazing. Lightweight but full coverage . Win win!

I was never able to get this foundation to work for me. I have combo skin, and no matter what I did with this stuff it just wouldn't work! It caked up with both a sponge and brush, and whether I powdered or not :(

I love this product in the winter. But I can't use it in the summer ever. They don't have the darker color that I need. It's very light even though it's thick, but the coverage is amazing. Hides all blemishes
eh. It sticks to dry spots, and is really thick. It does not make you as matte as it really states. Since I have dry skin I didnt really like it but I gave it to my friend with combination skin and she really enjoyed it. I think it matter how your skin reacts to it, but its not for me
Rimmel London's Stay Matte Foundation really worked well for me. It's a really matte formula, as you may have guessed from the title, which is perfect for my oily skin type. Its hard to get a matte foundation to stay matte all day on my skin, but these really did the job. My face was matte literally all day. It also has really good coverage, it covered up everything it needed to. The only downside is that shade that they sent was too dark for me. I have really pale skin so, I often have trouble finding foundation to match my skin. My heart was torn, but it was no surprise that it didn't quite match up. Other than that this was pretty much the perfect foundation for my skin. I'm gonna go buy a shade that actually fits my skin color!
